What are Porch Pumpkins?
Porch Pumpkins are curated fall décor packages featuring pumpkins, mums and seasonal accents delivered directly to your home. Choose your favorite package, and we’ll take care of gathering and delivering everything you need to create a beautiful fall porch.
Each package includes the specific assortment of pumpkins, mums, straw bales and cornstalks listed in its description. Quantities vary by package, so please review the package details before ordering.

Yes. Delivery is included with your Porch Pumpkin package within our designated delivery area.

**We deliver to: Middletown Township, Holmdel*, Colts Neck*, Red Bank*, Fair Haven*, Rumson*, Hazlet, Union Beach*, Keyport*, Keansburg*, Leonardo, Atlantic Highlands.

Any towns not listed here or with asterisk may require an additional delivery charge. Please call if your town is not listed.

Yes! Professional styling can be added to any package for an additional fee. The styling fee is based on the package you select and will be shown when ordering.

With delivery-only, our crew will deliver and neatly place the items at or near the front door for you to arrange.

With professional styling, our delivery crew will unload the products and our designer will arrange the complete display. Delivery day may be different from designer date.

No. You do not need to be home as long as our team can safely access the porch or front entryway and you have provided any necessary instructions. Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are secured and the installation area is accessible.
If you purchase professional styling, we will ask you to submit a current photo of your porch. This allows our designer to review the space and plan your display before arriving.

Before your scheduled delivery or installation:

  • Remove existing decorations that may be in the way
  • Clear toys, leaves and other items from the area
  • Make sure stairs and walkways are safe and accessible
  • Unlock any gates needed to reach the porch
  • Secure pets inside the home

Our team does not move furniture or remove existing decorations.

Our professional styling service includes arranging only the products purchased from Capelli Farms. Existing furniture, planters and décor may remain in place as long as they do not interfere with the installation.
We will make every effort to provide the color palette and overall style shown for your selected package. Because pumpkins and plants are natural seasonal products, their colors, shapes and sizes will vary. Comparable substitutions may be made based on quality and availability.
If you are interested in a more customized residential or commercial display, please contact us before placing your order.
When will my order be delivered?
You will receive an available delivery or installation date after placing your order. One of our team members will call you to set up a delivery/design time. An estimated arrival window will be provided closer to your scheduled date.
We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time because travel and installation times can vary. We will provide an estimated arrival window and notify you of any significant delays.
Light rain may not prevent delivery or installation. If severe weather or unsafe conditions require us to postpone your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule.
Pumpkins and seasonal plants are natural products, so their lifespan will depend on weather, temperature, sunlight, moisture and wildlife. Keeping pumpkins dry and promptly removing any damaged items may help extend the life of your display.
We carefully select fresh, high-quality seasonal products. However, we cannot guarantee how long they will last after delivery. Capelli Farms is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, insects, improper watering or other conditions outside our control.

Professional styling includes arranging the products contained in your selected Porch Pumpkin package. It does not include:

  • Moving furniture
  • Removing existing decorations
  • Attaching items to the home
  • Working from a ladder
  • Arranging products purchased elsewhere
  • Additional products not included in your package
No. End-of-season removal and disposal are available for an additional fee. The fee is based on the package you select and can be added when ordering.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because seasonal products, staffing and delivery appointments are reserved in advance, changes and cancellations will be subject to our $100 cancellation fee.
Yes! We can create fall displays for storefronts, offices, restaurants and other commercial properties.
Yes. Additional pumpkins, mums and seasonal décor may be purchased from Capelli Farms, subject to availability.
